We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. 

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. 

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating by e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible. 

By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. Our website can be visited without registration. 

Personal data are according to § 3 Abs.1 BDSG individual information on personal and material circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. According to the current case law, IP addresses are also evaluated as personal data. 


Encryption
On this website, in forms or individual form fields, e.g. the search field, only voluntary data are queried. These data sent by you, as well as the data loaded by the website, are transmitted in encrypted form. For encryption an SSL certificate with up to 128bit encryption and a 2048bit key is used.

Server-Log-Files
As a hoster and server operator, we store information in so-called server log files, which your device automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Target URL and submitted variables
  • IP address of the accessing device
  • Time stamp of the server request

This data will not be combined with other data sources or personally identifiable information and will only be viewed for access statistics. We reserve the right to investigate this data retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use. 


Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Personal data will only be collected or processed if you voluntarily provide such information, e.g. in the context of a request. Unless there are any necessary reasons for doing business, you may at any time revoke in writing (e.g., by e-mail or fax) the previously granted authorization to use your personal data storage.
